01 / My approach

Good marketing isn’t a bag of tricks.
It’s a system.

I’ve personally sold $30M+ for startups and managed even more in marketing budgets, hands-on. I bring that experience across sales, advertising, and analytics to the founders I work with.

01

Start with the business.

Who buys, why they buy, and what it costs to win them: those questions guide where to spend and what to test.

02

Know both sides.

I’ve closed more than 300 customers at MightyHive and managed ad campaigns. That’s why I evaluate marketing by the customers and revenue it produces.

03

Build the machine.

Use measurement to learn what works, improve it through testing, and automate repeatable tasks so the team can focus on decisions.

02 / Career

Founder. Sales leader.
Growth operator.

MightyHive

As Head of Sales at MightyHive, I helped the company grow from 10 to 150 employees. It was later acquired by S4 Capital for $150 million.

I personally contributed $20 million in sales and closed more than 300 customers, including 12 Fortune 500 companies. I bring that sales perspective to Stackmatix: marketing needs to lead to customers and revenue.

04 / About me

I’ve been the early employee, the sales leader, and the founder.

I’m a two-time founder, a Forbes Next 1000 honoree, and a Stanford Management Science & Engineering graduate. Before Stackmatix, I co-founded Omnihours and was an early employee at two startups that were acquired: TalentBin and MightyHive.

I’ve invested in 30+ startups and held 15+ startup advisory roles. My investing and advisory work includes SecurityPal AI, Pareto AI, QuSecure, and Amber Bio. I’m also a limited partner at Verissimo Ventures.

At Stackmatix, I stay involved in campaigns, strategy, and AI tools for analysis and routine account work. My earlier roles in product QA at Vlingo and data analysis at Stanford still inform how I approach the work.

Outside work, I’m usually chasing a better golf swing, rowing with North Bay Rowing Club, playing hockey, climbing, or exploring Northern California with my family. I’m also a member of The Olympic Club and Interact.
